Content Creator

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and camera-friendly Content Creator who can create engaging content for our brands, products, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media trends, storytelling, video creation, and personal branding, with the ability to create content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Develop short-form video content including Reels, Shorts, and trend-based videos.
• Create content for TapGro.
• Research industry trends, viral content formats, and competitor activities.
• Write scripts, captions, hooks, and content concepts.
• Shoot product demonstrations, tutorials, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to execute content campaigns.
• Participate in videos whenever required and confidently represent the brand on camera.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement metrics.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely content delivery.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content.
• Basic video shooting and editing skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas regularly.
• Knowledge of beauty, grooming, lifestyle, or salon industry trends is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
