Full job description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team for residential, commercial, industrial, high-rise, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in civil engineering and quality control, with a focus on ensuring construction quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control for construction projects.
- Develop and implement effective quality management systems, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct routine site inspections and internal audits to monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
- Identify and resolve potential quality and cost issues early in the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure project timelines and quality benchmarks are met.
- Knowledge of highway and road projects will be considered an added advantage.
