Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups
• Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts

Required Skills:

• 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Strong experience in IT / Non-IT hiring (as applicable)
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms
• Good understanding of screening and stakeholder management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have:

• Experience with ATS tools
• Exposure to contract / permanent hiring
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
