Operations Executive – Frido
Location - Vadgaon Maval
Working Hours - Monday - Saturday, 9am - 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • In-Process Inspection: Conduct “on-the-machine” checks to ensure correct stitch density (SPI), proper thread tension, and seam strength.
  • Design Alignment: Verify that all material layers (Cover sheets, Foam, and Velcro,) are aligned exactly as per the AutoCAD master or Design templates.
  • Measurement Verification: Perform dimensional checks on finished braces to ensure they match the anatomical measurements in the design sheets, Implement 100% checking system with Zero defect policy.
  • MIS & Reporting: Maintain daily records of rejections and rework. Identify the root cause of defects and suggest ways to fix them.
  • Tailor Training: Train the stitching team on quality parameters and how to inspect their own work. (SOP, Process Chart)
  • Internal Coordination: Work closely with the Production team and the Testing Lab to ensure smooth operations.
  • Line Balancing: Work to ensure an even flow of work and prevent bottlenecks in the stitching lines.
  • Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) levels at each stage to ensure no excess accumulation of semi-finished goods on production floor.(SFG)
  • Ensure all necessary inputs (fabrics, threads, trims, accesories) are available at each cell before the shift begins.
  • Immediately report any technical issue or manpower delays to the Sr. to minimize downtime.
  • Needle & Spare Parts Control: Manage the inventory and issuance of needles and machine spare parts to ensure zero downtime.
  • Maintain records of end-of-line inspections and coordinate with the QC team for "First Piece Approval."

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Machine Knowledge: Deep understanding of industrial sewing machines (, Zig-zag, and Bar-tack, Overlock, Flat- Lock ).
  • Technical Reading: Ability to read technical CAD drawings and use measurement tapes with high precision.
  • Background: 3-5 years of experience in stitching QA/QC (Garments, or Medical Soft-goods, Pillow and Matters Covers) Woven, Non-Woven and knitted fabric.
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Added Advantage: Product Development Experience in Garments, Knowledge of Woven & Non Woven Fabric, Knitted Fabric.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
