Job Description – Project Manager (Industrial Experience)

Position: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise industrial construction projects from planning to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
• Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of work.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project budget, billing, material consumption, and cost control.
• Handle manpower planning, contractor coordination, and resource management.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical/site-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management review.
• Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Attend client meetings and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure successful testing, commissioning, and project handover.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
• Experience in industrial construction projects such as factories, warehouses, manufacturing plants, or industrial buildings.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, structural steel, finishing, and MEP coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project planning tools preferred.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and fast-track project execution.

Experience:

• 5–10 years of industrial project experience preferred.

Job Location:

• As per project site requirement.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
