Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Noida

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 3–5 years of experience to drive business growth, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, etc.)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer needs
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to optimize lead generation strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in lead generation and client handling
- Proficiency in CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in IT / Digital Marketing / SaaS industry
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and LinkedIn outreach
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
