Title: Non Voice Process - Chat Support
We are seeking candidates for the role of Chat Support role. The position involves handling customer queries and providing support through chat-based communication while ensuring a high standard of customer service.

- Role: Non Voice Process– Chat Support
- Salary: ₹26,000 – ₹38,000 per month (CTC)
- Shift Schedule: Rotational shifts, including day, night, and weekend shifts
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or Diploma. Graduates are preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in customer service or a similar role will be an added advantage.
- Candidates must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.
