Key Responsibilities:-

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads with a strong focus on lead generation.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution including audience targeting, budgeting, creatives, and performance tracking.
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as CPL, CAC, CPM, CTR, and ROAS.
• Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve performance.
• Create reports and dashboards using Excel/Looker Studio for management review.
• Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay updated with latest trends and platform updates in digital marketing.

Requirements:-

• 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proven experience in lead generation campaigns.
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics such as CPL, CAC, CTR, and ROAS.
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
