About the Role

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Insurance Process at PhonePe. The role involves assisting customers with insurance-related queries, providing resolution support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to insurance products and services
• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customers
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Insurance Process
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities
