Senior Site Engineer / Finishing Engineer – Premium Villa Projects

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Civil Engineer / Finishing Engineer with 5–10 years of experience in premium villa construction projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge in handling projects from structural construction to final finishing and handover. Experience in luxury villa execution, quality control, contractor coordination, and finishing works is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise complete villa construction activities from foundation to finishing stage.
• Handle premium finishing works including flooring, painting, false ceiling, elevation, modular kitchen, plumbing fixtures, and electrical fittings.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor daily site progress and prepare work schedules.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure timely project completion.
• Manage material requirements, inventory, and wastage control at site.
• Ensure safety standards and proper manpower management.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of villa construction and finishing execution.
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and BOQs.
• Experience in site supervision, quality checks, and contractor management.
• Good knowledge of construction materials and finishing standards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in villa construction projects.
• Experience in luxury or premium villa projects preferred.

• Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
