Payroll Executive

We are looking for a Payroll Executive with experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance. The candidate should have good knowledge of salary processing, attendance verification, PF, ESIC, PT, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll for multiple clients
• Verify attendance, salary data, OT, and leave records
• Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF compliances and documentation
• Prepare salary reports, payslips, and MIS reports
• Coordinate with clients for payroll inputs and queries
• Maintain employee records and statutory documents

Requirements:

• Graduate with 1–3 years of payroll experience
• Knowledge of Excel and payroll software
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in consultancy payroll will be preferred

Pay: ₹22,613.64 - ₹30,901.40 per month
