We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Counselors to guide prospective learners and help them achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential students and explain SkillCircle's courses and training programs.
- Counsel students regarding career opportunities and suitable learning paths.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Convert inquiries into counseling sessions, demo classes, and enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student interactions in CRM.
- Handle student queries professionally and provide excellent customer support.
- Coordinate with the admissions and sales teams to ensure smooth enrollment processes.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Tele Calling, Tele Counseling, or Telesales.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Experience in EdTech/Education industry is a plus.
