Site Supervisor Highway road project (Civil)

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our dynamic construction team. You’ll work closely with the Senior Engineer to ensure that daily operations on-site are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities at the construction site
• Follow instructions and work plans given by the Senior Engineer
• Monitor safety and quality compliance at all stages
• Maintain records of daily progress, issues, and labour usage
• Manage labour teams and ensure materials are used efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil Engineering or 10+2 (Higher Secondary)
• Skills:
• Basic knowledge of construction processes
• Ability to coordinate with engineers, workers, and vendors
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Experience: Prior site work experience is an added advantage but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
