Dispatch & Packing Executive

Department: Stores & Dispatch
Company: HD Fire Protect Limited
Location: Jalgaon
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities

  • Pack materials as per order and ensure safe handling.
  • Prepare accurate packing lists and dispatch documents.
  • Coordinate loading & unloading of goods in trucks.
  • Verify quantity and material details before dispatch.
  • Maintain dispatch records and system updates.
  • Coordinate with stores, production, and transporters for timely dispatch.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in dispatch/stores/warehouse operations.
  • Basic computer knowledge; SAP experience will be an added advantage.
  • Good coordination, documentation, and material handling skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
