Website Admin / Content Publishing Executive

Webindia Master is looking for a fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience for the role of Website Admin / Content Publishing Executive. The candidate will be responsible for managing website admin panels, publishing blogs/content, updating website pages, and ensuring content is uploaded properly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage website admin panels and backend dashboards.
• Publish blogs, articles, and website content.
• Format content properly before publishing.
• Upload images, banners, and other media files.
• Update website pages as per requirement.
• Check published content for formatting, spelling, and layout issues.
• Coordinate with the content, SEO, and web development teams.
• Maintain basic website hygiene and ensure content is live correctly.

Required Skills

• Basic computer and internet knowledge.
• Good understanding of website admin panels or CMS platforms.
• Basic knowledge of content publishing.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.

Added Advantage

• Basic knowledge of HTML.
• Knowledge of WordPress or any other CMS.
• Basic understanding of SEO/content formatting.
• Experience in blog publishing or website updates.
