Job Title - Operations Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Management

• Handle customer inquiries and walk-ins professionally.
• Follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Google, WhatsApp, and referrals.
• Convert inquiries into bookings through effective communication and relationship building.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the service journey.

Operations Management

• Coordinate daily workshop and detailing operations.
• Schedule vehicles and allocate jobs efficiently.
• Ensure timely delivery of vehicles while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify opportunities to increase sales and customer retention.
• Recommend suitable services such as PPF, coatings, detailing, paintwork, and maintenance packages.
• Develop and execute ideas to improve business performance.

Team Coordination

• Coordinate with technicians, detailers, and support staff.
• Monitor productivity and maintain workplace discipline.
• Ensure processes are followed consistently.

Administrative Duties

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and job cards.
• Maintain customer records and service history.
• Track inventory and coordinate procurement when required.
• Generate periodic reports on sales and operations.
