System & Network Administrator

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented System & Network Administrator to join our IT team. The candidate will be responsible for managing computer systems, servers, network infrastructure, and providing technical support to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations within the organization. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of system administration, networking, troubleshooting, and IT support. Freshers who are passionate about IT Infrastructure, System Administration, and Networking are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, servers, and operating systems
• Monitor system and network performance to ensure smooth operations
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and network devices
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, system, and network-related issues
• Manage user accounts, passwords, permissions, and access controls
• Perform regular backups, updates, patch management, and security checks
• Support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity
• Maintain IT infrastructure, system security, and network stability
• Provide technical support and desktop support to employees
• Ensure proper functioning of printers, office systems, and connected devices

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and system administration
• Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and VPN
• Understanding of routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networking
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and user management
• Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and desktop support
• Understanding of system and network security basics
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Eligibility

• Any Graduate / Diploma

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
