Full job description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the Polymer, Plastic, or Rubber industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing customer relationships, handling industrial clients, and achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Promote and sell polymer, plastic, rubber raw materials / industrial products.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Handle customer requirements, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Follow up on payments, pending orders, and customer feedback.
- Visit clients, industries, distributors, and dealers for business development.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in Sales / Business Development in Polymer, Plastic, Rubber, Chemicals, Industrial Products, or Manufacturing Industry.
- Good understanding of industrial sales processes and customer handling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage client visits and field sales activities.
- Knowledge of quotations, order processing, and sales reporting.
- Target-driven and self-motivated approach.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
