HR Recruiter

• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
• Source and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with departments
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
• Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities
• Manage daily office administration activities
• Maintain office files, records, and documents
• Coordinate meetings and prepare schedules
• Handle office supplies and vendor coordination
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and communication
• Maintain employee attendance and leave records
• Update employee database and HR documents
• Support payroll and employee documentation process
• Assist in employee engagement activities

Eligibility: MBA

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
