Responsibilities

• Call business owners and decision-makers using leads sourced from Google Maps and public business directories.
• Introduce RCC's AI solutions and services.
• Identify business challenges and opportunities.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings.
• Follow up with prospects professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and conversations.
• Work independently and achieve sales targets.

Compensation

• Performance-Based Opportunity
• No fixed salary or stipend.
• Earn 20% commission on every successfully closed deal generated through your efforts.
• Unlimited earning potential based on performance.
• Transparent commission tracking and reporting.
• Example: If a deal closes for ₹50,000, the sales agent earns ₹10,000 commission (20%).

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
• Confidence speaking with business owners over the phone.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Reliable internet connection and smartphone/laptop.
• Basic understanding of sales is preferred but not required.

Important Note

• This is a commission-based opportunity with 20% commission on closed sales. There is no guaranteed salary or stipend. Applicants should apply only if they are comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with earnings directly linked to results.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
