Full job description
Key Responsibilities Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Handle customer complaints politely and professionally
- Process payments using POS systems
Food & Beverage Preparation
- Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to recipes
- Serve pastries, sandwiches, and other café items
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed
Cleanliness & Maintenance
- Keep tables, counters, and work areas clean and sanitized
- Restock supplies such as cups, napkins, and ingredients
Inventory & Support
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries
- Support team members during busy hours
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Teamwork and reliability
- Prior café or hospitality experience (preferred but not required)
