Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Minimum Commitment: 3 hours per day

Job Description

Learn2Read is looking for a passionate and experienced Jolly Phonics Teacher to join our growing team. This role is ideal for educators who enjoy working with young learners and believe in building strong literacy foundations through engaging, phonics-based instruction.

The teacher will be responsible for delivering interactive online phonics sessions using the Jolly Phonics methodology, ensuring children learn sounds, blending, segmenting, and early reading skills in a structured yet fun manner.

Role & Responsibilities

• Teach phonics concepts using the Jolly Phonics approach, including letter sounds, short and long vowels, tricky words, blending, and segmenting
• Conduct engaging and age-appropriate online classes for children aged 3 to 8 years
• Create a positive, encouraging, and interactive learning environment
• Track student progress and provide feedback where required
• Maintain professionalism and consistency in class delivery

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the kindergarten, pre-primary level, or with children aged 3–8 years
• Strong understanding of phonics concepts and early literacy development
• Jolly Phonics certification is mandatory OR relevant online EdTech teaching experience
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Patient, empathetic, and skilled in handling young children
• Passion for early education and foundational learning
• Basic computer proficiency
• Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps)
