Job Title: IT Telecaller

Debox Technology is looking for a motivated and energetic IT Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, introducing IT services, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company IT services.
- Generate leads for website development, digital marketing, software development, and IT solutions.
- Maintain a database of customer contacts and update CRM regularly.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales/BDM team.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients.
- Handle basic client queries and provide accurate information about services.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of computers and internet.
- Experience in telecalling, IT sales, or customer support will be preferred.
- Ability to convince customers and handle objections.
