Job Title: Cafe Manager

Location: PERAMBUR, CHENNAI
Experience: 2–5 Years (F&B / Cafe preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Cafe Manager to handle daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales for the cafe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day cafe operations smoothly
• Supervise baristas and service staff
• Ensure high-quality customer service and experience
• Handle billing, POS, and cash management
• Monitor daily sales and prepare reports
• Maintain stock, inventory, and supplier coordination
• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues
• Train and manage team schedules and shifts
• Coordinate with kitchen for smooth operations

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and team handling skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of billing/POS systems
• Basic accounting and reporting knowledge
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask
• Problem-solving attitude

Qualification:

• Any degree / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred

Preferred:

• Experience in cafe / restaurant management

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
