At Cocoacraft, we craft premium bean-to-bar chocolate, celebrating origin, process, and flavour. As we continue to refine and elevate the experience at our chocolate cafés, we are looking for a Consultant Senior Pastry Chef with deep chocolate expertise to join us in a consulting capacity.

• 2 days per month at our Cochin Cafe

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned pastry professional who can help elevate our dessert program with a strong focus on fine chocolate craftsmanship. The ideal candidate combines creative sophistication with structured mentoring and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Elevate overall product quality and consistency across our cafés
• Develop distinctive chocolate-led signature desserts
• Refine plating, textures, and flavour balance
• Train and mentor pastry teams through structured guidance and demonstrations
• Implement systems and processes to maintain consistent standards

Ideal Candidate

• Extensive experience as a Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef
• Strong expertise in chocolate-based desserts and fine pastry techniques
• Passion for bean-to-bar chocolate and ingredient-driven desserts
• Experience in team training and mentoring
• High standards for craftsmanship, detail, and presentation
