The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage the complete recruitment process.
Responsibilities
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms Source and screen candidates through calls and interviews Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Handle onboarding and joining formalities Build strong relationships with potential candidates Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
