HR Intern – Backdropsource
Location: Iconic Corenthum, Noida
Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000/month
Duration: 6 Months
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
About the Role
Backdropsource is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our team in Noida. This internship is ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition, employee coordination, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidate profiles
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Handle initial HR screening rounds
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Assist in onboarding and employee engagement activities
- Work closely with hiring managers for open positions
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior internship experience in HR/recruitment will be preferred
- Must carry own laptop/device
