Full job description
This is an on-site, full-time Growth and Partnership fresher role based in Mumbai. The selected candidate will be responsible for forging and managing partnerships with local businesses, identifying growth opportunities, supporting marketing campaigns, and building strategies to expand brand presence. The role also involves actively engaging with stakeholders to meet business goals and contributing creatively to shaping the company's future.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to collect, interpret, and act on data to support growth initiatives
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain partner relationships
- Creativity and idea generation to identify unique growth channels and partnership opportunities
- Familiarity with Marketing and Sales concepts to effectively promote products and close partnerships
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, solving problems proactively
- Demonstrated passion for the experiences and leisure industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
