Technical Trainer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Technical Trainer to deliver industry-relevant training in programming, data structures, and problem-solving. The role involves preparing students for technical interviews, coding assessments, and real-world application development with a strong focus on placement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training in programming languages (Java / Python / C++)
• Teach Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) with problem-solving approach
• Conduct coding sessions, hands-on labs, and real-time practice exercises
• Design assignments, coding tests, and project-based learning modules
• Guide students on coding platforms and interview preparation
• Conduct mock technical interviews and coding assessments
• Provide individual mentoring and feedback on coding performance
• Maintain training documentation, reports, and progress tracking
• Collaborate with content teams to update curriculum as per industry trends

Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Java / Python / C++)
• Solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
• Strong coding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain concepts with real-time examples
• Knowledge of DBMS, SQL, and basic system design (added advantage)
• Good communication and teaching ability
• Hands-on approach to training and mentoring

Important:

• Open to travel for training across colleges (Pan India)
• Comfortable with both online and offline training delivery
• Willingness to take ownership of technical batches and outcomes

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
