Full job description
- Create and design graphics for digital platforms, social media, websites, print materials, advertisements, presentations, and more.
- Develop brand identity and visual assets including logos, typography, and colour schemes.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure designs align with campaign goals and brand standards.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Revise and update designs based on feedback from team members.
- Prepare design files for final production and ensure they meet specifications for different formats (e.g., web, print, etc.).
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality.
Core Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required). Proven experience (1-2 years) in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, colour theory, and composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take and apply feedback effectively.
- A passion for creativity and a drive to produce visually stunning work.
