Interior Site Supervisor

Position: Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily interior work activities at site.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship.
• Maintain site safety and housekeeping standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management regularly.
• Handle measurements, material requirements, and site stock records.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and project managers for smooth execution.
• Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely completion of work.
• Verify billing quantities and contractor work completion.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design preferred.
• Experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision.
• Knowledge of interior materials, finishing work, and drawings.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, AutoCAD preferred).
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to manage labour and multiple site activities.

Experience:

• 3–5 years preferred.

Job Location:

• As per project site requirement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
