Senior Accounts and Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will play a critical role in driving the financial health and strategic growth of the organization. Reporting to the CFO/Finance Director, this role leads budgeting, forecasting, investment planning, financial analysis, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, strategic insight, and proven leadership experience to support decision-making and optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting process, prepare periodic forecasts, and monitor performance against plans.
• Oversee financial planning and analysis, including variance analysis, trend identification, and scenario modeling.
• Develop and present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decisions.
• Manage investment planning and evaluation, ensuring optimal allocation of capital and alignment with business goals.
• Supervise preparation of accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to maintain financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor finance staff to enhance financial processes and controls.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s/CPA/CMA/ACCA preferred). Minimum 5+ years of progressive finance experience including budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
