Job Title: Sales Manager [LAP/ Education Loan]

Locations: Pune and Hyderabad

Department: Sales - Institutional Funding

Travel: Yes

A self-driven target oriented individual role with a mix of both Direct and Channel sourcing, involved in building and setting up a network of Channel partners. This involves visiting and building a pipeline of prospective Institutional lending customers seeking loan for the purpose of Institutional development and meeting the channel partners on a regular basis.

Key roles and responsibilities

  • Daily visits to and follow-up with the Educational Institutions falling within the target segment, desirous of seeking a loan.
  • Building a healthy pipeline of logins and sanctions w.r.t the assigned sales target for both Direct and Channel Sourcing.
  • Achieving the target assigned on a month-on-month basis.
  • Understanding the Customers’ loan requirement and helping them as a SPOC in the end-to-end loan journey from login to disbursement.
  • Coordinating with the customer/s or channel partners and collecting all the required documents mentioned in the policy to ensure a hassle-free loan approval process for the customer.
  • Meet the assigned Channel partners on a regular basis and generate leads/referrals for New Business Acquisition.
  • Maintaining high levels of integrity at all times while engaging with the prospective / existing customers, Channel partners and the various support teams (Credit, Operations, Service, legal etc) within Credila.
  • Training and supporting the Channel partners in understanding the process & policies, joint customer visits and timely release of payouts.
  • Active involvement in fulfilment of the required documents by the Credit and Operations team during the login, approval and disbursement / post disbursement process.
  • Scouting and onboarding potential Channel partners to source business for Credila.
  • Maintaining the portfolio quality at all times by sourcing quality logins as per the defined product and credit policy and ensuring customers regularly pay the EMI dues in time.
  • Active involvement in collection of overdue EMIs from the customers.
  • Building a healthy relationship with all the Customers in the mapped portfolio to fulfill their future loan requirements and prevent them from going to the competition i.e. retention.
  • Deliver quality Customer Service and generate referrals from existing customers.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in any stream. MBA in Marketing and Finance will be preferred
  • At least 2 years of relevant Sales experience in Institutional Funding product
