Position: Senior Customer Support Executive
Process: International Voice Process (ROW Market)
Experience: 3–6 Years
Shift Timing: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Joining Date: 26th May

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls with international customers
• Understand learner requirements and guide them to suitable programs
• Deliver excellent customer experience while driving sales conversions
• Resolve customer queries and build strong customer relationships
• Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in International Voice Process / Customer Support / Inside Sales
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in B2C/B2B international process is preferred
• Comfortable with sales-oriented customer interactions and revenue targets
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Comfortable working from office in HSR Layout, Bangalore

• This will be a face-to-face interview at Simplilearn’s HSR Layout Sector 2 office. Interview timings: 2:30 PM – 6 PM
• Based on your current compensation, up to a 30% salary hike can be considered, subject to interview performance and company compensation structure. Your previous CTC should not be more than 12LPA
• Candidates should be comfortable working from the Bangalore HSR Layout office and available to join by 26th May.
