We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Helper to support production teams in our fast-paced factory environment. This entry-level role involves assisting with material handling, equipment support, and maintaining a clean workspace to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize raw materials and finished products.
- Assist machine operators with setup, monitoring, and basic maintenance tasks.
- Perform cleaning, sweeping, and housekeeping to uphold safety standards.
- Conduct simple quality checks, packaging, and labeling under supervision.
Requirements
- No prior experience required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift materials and stand for extended shifts in a manufacturing setting.
- Team player with strong work ethic and attention to safety protocols.
