Hi,

Key Responsibilities
- Ticket Management: Receiving, logging, and troubleshooting user issues via email, phone, or ticketing tools. [1, 2]
- Desktop/Laptop Support: Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows OS, MS Office, and other end-user applications. [1]
- Hardware Troubleshooting: Diagnosing issues with computers, printers, and peripherals. [1]
- User Onboarding/Offboarding: Setting up new user profiles, Active Directory accounts, and workstation configuration (IMAC - Install, Move, Add, Change). [1, 2]
- Network & Security: Basic troubleshooting of VPN connectivity, mapping network drives, and ensuring antivirus/BitLocker security is functional. [1, 2]
- Remote Assistance: Resolving issues using remote desktop tools. [1]
