Full job description
Academic Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Provide course counselling to walk-in students and assist them in selecting and enrolling in suitable programs
- Coordinate class schedules, batch timings, and assessments to ensure smooth academic operations
- Handle and resolve student grievances effectively and professionally
- Conduct induction sessions for newly enrolled students
- Follow instructions and guidelines provided by the Reporting Manager
- Ensure timely completion of documentation and compliance requirements as per accreditation standards
- Collaborate with and support the Marketing Team when required
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of DGITO Educational Services as directed by the Executive Director
