Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer (Rooftop Solar) to manage day-to-day site execution for rooftop solar PV projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation of rooftop mounting structures, PV modules, DC/AC cabling, earthing, and lightning protection
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, and quality standards
• Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and labor teams at rooftop sites
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, including work-at-height safety, and conduct daily toolbox talks
• Monitor site progress and maintain DPRs, manpower records, and punch list closures
• Coordinate with clients, building management, and vendors for smooth site execution
• Support inspections, testing, and pre-commissioning activities
• Ensure proper material handling and protection of rooftop assets

Qualifications:

• Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy
• 1–3 years of experience in rooftop solar PV projects
• Hands-on experience with metal sheet, RCC, and/or industrial rooftops
• Ability to read drawings, manage site teams, and handle multiple rooftop locations
• Willingness to travel and work on project

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Noida
