Data Analyst (AI-Integrated)

We are looking for a data-driven professional with 3+ years of experience who doesn't just "speak fluent numbers" but also knows how to leverage AI and machine learning to work smarter. You will be responsible for maintaining our reporting ecosystem while using AI-driven techniques for data refinement, replenishment, and advanced insight mining. The ideal candidate transforms raw data into a competitive advantage with minimal supervision and high technical agility.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Data Refinement: Use AI tools and automated workflows to clean, "de-noise," and standardize large datasets, ensuring higher data quality than traditional manual methods.
• Data Replenishment & Mining: Proactively identify "gaps" in our data and use AI/web-scraping/predictive modeling to replenish missing information and uncover non-obvious patterns or anomalies.
• Advanced Analytics & Dashboarding: Own and update BI dashboards. Go beyond reporting "what happened" to using AI for "what’s next" (predictive insights) and providing "so-what" summaries for leadership.
• Insight Generation: Translate complex numerical findings and AI-generated models into plain English for non-technical stakeholders.
• Process Optimization: Identify manual bottlenecks in reporting and implement AI-assisted automation to streamline the data lifecycle.
• Real-time Operations Support: Adhere to strict Turnaround Times (TAT). You must act quickly on data requirements to provide seamless, real-time support to the Operations Team

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a Data or Business Analyst role, with a proven track record of using automated tools to enhance data workflows.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, Power Query, and AppScripts.
• Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio.
• AI Knowledge: Proficiency in using LLMs (like ChatGPT/Gemini) for formula generation and data cleaning, and familiarity with AI-powered data tools (e.g., Python-based automation, Claude for data synthesis, or SQL-AI assistants).
• Analytical Rigor: A "perfectionist" mindset. You leverage AI to audit your own work and catch errors before they reach management.
• Agility: The ability to pivot between deep-dive research and rapid-fire ad-hoc reporting for the Ops team.

What Sets You Apart

• Experience using AI to synthesize qualitative feedback into quantitative data.
• Knowledge of basic Python or R for automating repetitive data replenishment tasks.
• A proactive approach to "mining" data for insights the business hasn't asked for yet.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
