Full job description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process.
- Post job openings on portals and social media platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Maintain employee records and HR documents.
- Handle attendance and leave management.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities of new employees.
- Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements.
- Maintain office discipline and employee communication.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and appointment letters.
- Handle basic HR administrative work.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree / MBA in HR or related field.
- Freshers can apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
