Packaging Associate

Job Summary:

The VAS Supervisor is responsible for managing all Value Added Service activities within the warehouse, such as

tagging, labeling, kitting, repacking, barcoding, quality checks, and order customization. The role ensures smooth

operations, manpower handling, productivity achievement, process compliance, and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily VAS activities and ensure timely completion of work.

• Manage manpower allocation and shift planning for VAS operations.

• Ensure proper execution of tagging, labeling, repacking, kitting, and barcoding activities.

• Monitor productivity and maintain operational efficiency.

• Coordinate with Inward, Inventory, QC, and Dispatch teams for smooth workflow.

• Ensure stock handling is done as per SOP and company process.

• Maintain accuracy in material movement and system transactions.

• Track pending orders and prioritize urgent requirements.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards in the VAS area.

• Prepare daily operational reports and update management on pending issues.

• Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure quality compliance before handover to dispatch or next process stage.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of warehouse and VAS operations.

• Team handling and manpower management skills.

• Basic Excel and WMS/ERP knowledge.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Problem-solving and process improvement ability.

• Knowledge of inventory control and stock management.

Qualification:

Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or relevant field preferred.

Experience:

2–5 years experience in warehouse/VAS operations.

Experience in e-commerce, footwear, apparel, or logistics industry preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
