Eligibility
- Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in International Travel Process
- Excellent communication skills required (C1 Level)
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer travel queries via calls
- Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, itinerary changes, and travel support
- Deliver excellent customer experience
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently
