- Inspecting Products: Perform detailed checks (visual, measurement, functional) on raw materials and finished goods to ensure adherence to blueprints and specifications.Testing & Analysis: Utilize, maintain, and troubleshoot testing equipment to verify functionality.Documentation & Reporting: Document inspection results, report data (weights, temperatures, grades), and report defects to management.Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and company health and safety policies (PPE, safety procedures).Defect Prevention: Identify root causes of defects and recommend improvements to the assembly or production process.
