Eligibility

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in control panel wiring

Strong practical knowledge of:

  • Reading electrical drawings
  • Panel wiring, routing, ferruling
  • Handling full panel build independently

Qualification:

  • ITI / Diploma / Non-formal training acceptable
  • Degree not mandatory (skill-first approach)
