Full job description
We are hiring an AI + Python Engineer to build production-grade AI systems that transform complex documents into structured, validated intelligence within secure enterprise SaaS environments. This role is not research-only and not CRUD-only backend — you will design and deploy end-to-end OCR → NLP → LLM pipelines, build structured prompt workflows with guardrails and JSON schema enforcement, develop scalable REST APIs using FastAPI or Django, implement RAG systems and vector search, optimize latency and token costs, and ensure secure multi-tenant architecture with RBAC. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of strong Python experience, solid NLP fundamentals, hands-on LLM integration (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI), SQL database design expertise, async programming skills, and experience shipping real AI systems to production using Docker and cloud platforms like Azure.
