Faculty – CACHE Level 5

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our faculty team to teach CACHE Level 5 programs. The ideal candidate will combine practical experience in early childhood education with strong leadership and teaching capabilities to deliver high-quality learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective CACHE Level 5 curriculum to students.
• Lead, mentor, and guide learners, fostering a professional and supportive learning environment.
• Contribute to curriculum development, course planning, and assessment strategies.
• Liaise with administration to maintain academic excellence and program compliance.
• Support student development through personalized feedback, coaching, and evaluation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• CACHE Level 5 certification (mandatory).
• Proven experience in a managerial or senior teaching role, preferably within early childhood or nursery settings.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge of early years education, child development, and teaching methodologies.
