Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Handling & Conversion
- Handle qualified leads from telecalling and digital campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements (budget, location, preferences).
- Convert prospects into site visits and bookings.
2. Site Visit & Client Presentation
- Conduct site visits and project walkthroughs.
- Present project USP, pricing, amenities, and investment benefits.
- Deliver a high-quality, premium sales experience to customers.
3. Sales Closure
- Negotiate and close deals while maintaining pricing discipline.
- Follow up with customers until booking confirmation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with HNI and retail clients.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture prospects.
- Ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry to booking.
5. Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate with telecalling, CRM, and management teams.
- Assist customers with documentation and booking process.
- Ensure all sales data is updated in CRM systems.
6. Market Intelligence
- Track competitor projects, pricing, and offers.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market
trends.
Required Skills
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle HNI clients professionally
- Good understanding of real estate sales cycle
- Target-oriented and self-driven personality
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
