Backend Developer (Node.js) – Trainee / Entry LevelRole Overview

We are looking for a motivated Backend Developer to join our team. You will work collaboratively to build and maintain scalable applications and services, following Agile development practices. The role involves actively contributing to code quality, system performance, and continuous improvement of development processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs
  • Work with databases to design, optimize, and manage data
  • Collaborate with frontend developers and designers for seamless integration
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js and related frameworks (e.g., Express)
  • Good understanding of MySQL or other relational databases
  • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and backend fundamentals
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, authentication, and server-side architecture

Stipend
