Perch Brands is a growing fashion and lifestyle company in New Delhi. We are looking for a highly skilled Tailor & Cutting Master who is unbeatable in stitching and cutting and takes pride in the quality of their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Do both cutting and stitching of garments at an expert level.
- Cut fabric accurately as per design and pattern.
- Deliver high-quality stitching, especially for fashion and lifestyle products.
- Handle alterations, repairs, resizing, and finishing work.
- Use sewing machines, cutting tools, and other tailoring equipment safely.
- Ensure perfect fit for every size and fabric type.
- Keep the workstation clean and organized.
- Follow supervisor instructions and work well with the production team.
- Meet daily targets without compromising on quality.
- Handle fabric carefully to reduce wastage.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Tailor and Cutting Master.
- Must be unbeatable in both stitching and cutting.
- Skilled in making patterns, cutting, and marking.
- Experience working with different fabrics (cotton, polyester, blends, etc.).
- Good understanding of measurements, sizing, and fitting.
- Detail-oriented and focused on quality.
- Reliable, on time, and able to work well in a team.
- Experience in a production or factory setting is preferred.
