Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to generate sales and expand our customer base. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales leads and convert them into customers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Promote and sell company products/services
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers
• Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records
• Identify market trends and business opportunities
• Coordinate with the management team to improve sales strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales/business development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Good networking and client-handling abilities
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills
• Self-motivated and result-oriented personality
